Bridging the Digital Learning Gap and Preparing Students for Global Success

Empowering students with the tools, guidance, and support they need to thrive in today’s digital exam landscape—locally and globally

Problem Statement

Recently, more exams have gone to digital formats, and many students in Nigeria are struggling to adapt to online testing due to limited exposure to technology and insufficient preparation. Classore is a learning platform designed to address these challenges by simplifying the study process, helping students stay organized, and preparing for exams like JAMB, SAT, IELTS, and TOEFL, with active involvement from parents.

Challenges & Pain Points

  1. Limited Digital Literacy Among Students

Many students, especially in underserved areas, struggle with online exams due to little or no exposure to computers or digital learning tools.

  1. Lack of Structured Exam Preparation

Students often prepare blindly for exams like JAMB, SAT, IELTS, and TOEFL without a clear path, guided practice, or realistic mock simulations.

  1. Low Parental Visibility and Involvement

Parents want to support their children but lack the tools to track learning progress or stay informed about academic performance.

  1. Technical Complexity in Simulating Exam Environments

Managing session-based formats like IELTS Listening and Speaking, while ensuring accuracy and usability, adds complexity to the platform’s design and content structure.

Design Solutions

  1. Beginner-Friendly Experience:

A simple, intuitive interface with large buttons, clear navigation, tooltips, and interactive onboarding walkthroughs. Includes a practice mode with hints and retries to help users build confidence before taking strict simulations

  1. Structured Learning Flow:

Personalized study paths based on the selected exam (JAMB, IELTS, etc.), with visual progress trackers that show completed modules, ongoing topics, and what’s left to cover.

  1. Flexible Exam Framework:

A modular design system with a session builder for admins to upload audio, link grouped questions, and preview sessions. Includes a toggle between practice and strict exam modes, supporting multiple exam formats through reusable components.

  1. AI Integration Across the Platform

Classore uses AI to generate smart mock tests based on weak areas, provide real-time feedback on answers, assess speaking and writing tasks, and detect struggling students early through predictive analytics — ensuring targeted support and better outcomes.
